Responsibilities
Ability to interact with customer users to understand their pain points and turn those into actionable user stories and product plans.
Demonstrate ability to understand client requirements and as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems, and processes to enable execution of those skills.
Aiding in documenting the business acceptance criteria, defining project plans and documenting business requirements mapped to client objectives.
Identify risks and support successful results by performing daily follow up of the functional/development team.
Critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills to address core business problems. Ability to effectively evaluate a problem or situation from all angles to determine the most appropriate solution.
Implement value-adds and process in line with industry standards.
Support User testing and ensure that the product meets the business needs. Indulge and improve documentations.
Ability to understand and translate scientific requirements into user stories. Track progress and perform demo to relevant internal stakeholders and external product users.
Perform impact assessment due to changes (minor enhancements)
Proactively propose continuous service improvement ideas to improve and/or enhance the performance of the applications.
Execute continuous service improvement and automation initiatives as directed by the Service Delivery Lead.
Knowledge and experience with regulatory requirements 21 CFR Part 11, GxP and CSV processes
Strong written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Required
8+ years in ELN or LIMS suite of applications
Well versed in one of Life Sciences, Pre-Clinical, Pharma or Drug Development processes
Hands on experience working with Dotmatics ELN/ any major LIMS platform
Create and own detailed use cases, supporting functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria(s)
Conduct workshops with business stakeholders, gather requirements. Create business requirement documents, specifications, and relevant artifacts
Good product knowledge of lab applications, their installation, configuration, customization, integrations with other systems, workflows etc
Interact with product management, internal subject matter experts, technical services, and client end-users, to understand key requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree or related fields of study
