Responsibilities

Actively engage with developers and platform engineers through various channels, such as forums, social media, Slack channels, Discord, conferences, and meetups, to build and nurture relationships within the community.

Create high-quality technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, sample code, demos, videos, and documentation, to educate and inspire developers and platform engineers to use Akuity’s platform, products, and services.

Serve as a passionate advocate for Akuity's platform and technologies by delivering compelling presentations, workshops, and demos at events and conferences.

Gather feedback from developers and platform engineers in order to relay insights to internal teams to help improve products, documentation, and end user experience. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with business objectives.

Provide technical assistance and support to developers and platform engineers by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on best practices for integrating Akuity's Platform, APIs, SDKs, and any other tools.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in order to share knowledge with the team to enhance collective expertise.
