Responsibilities
Carry one carton of documents to/from pallet to computer workstation every 5-7 minutes.
Perform data entry using a scanner and enter information into the database.
Ensure protective footwear meeting safety standards is worn at all times.
Maintain a normal work schedule of 5 days a week, 9 hours a day with breaks.
Pull individual medical files, identify required data fields, and enter information accurately.
Return files to storage boxes and pallets as per the process.
Measure performance based on the number of key strokes.

Required
Comfortable with consistent heavy lifting (30-50 lbs)
Protective footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards with slip-resistant rating
Ability to work 5 days a week, 9 hours a day including breaks
Data entry skills
Ability to follow specific instructions for pulling and entering data from medical files
Performance measured based on number of key strokes
