Responsibilities
Maintain Service Net Planner with PMs campaigns, repairs, and scheduling.
Partner with Centralized PM Scheduling Operations and Outside RO Management teams.
Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and provide quality phone service.
Oversee inventory productivity and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Receive, store, and manage parts inventory efficiently.
Perform process analyses in areas such as Inventory, maintenance profitability, and warranty campaigns.
Complete projects and tasks as assigned by managers.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred
Interpersonal and relationship building skills with an ability to collaborate with branch team members.
Competent written and verbal communication skills
2 years+ experience in customer service and operations experience required
Agile and quick learner, enjoys collaborative projects and continuous education
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.

2 years working in service and parts department preferred
