Responsibilities
Front desk coverage
Opening/scanning/closing of files, both electronic and physical, under the direction of others
Opening mail, outgoing mail
Hand-delivery of documents and/or picking up documents
Working closely with Senior Paralegal relating to Title work
Operating machines including the photocopy machine, scanner
Accurately alphabetizing and filing physical documents
Assisting in other related administrative duties as assigned

Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in a law firm or office setting
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times and occasionally up to 50 pounds
Must have reliable transportation
Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and able to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to pick up and deliver documents
