Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between the administrative team and the jewelry department, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars for the jewelry department.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations related to jewelry operations.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Assist in tracking and managing jewelry inventory and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate record-keeping and stock levels.
Facilitate planning and organizing jewelry-related events, including sales, exhibitions, and promotions.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners for event logistics.
Enter and update data related to jewelry products, sales, and customer information in the company’s database.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and generate reports as needed.
Assist in resolving any issues or misunderstandings between departments.

Required

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
