Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including incident, problem, change, service catalog, knowledge, and service portal modules.
Implement system enhancements to improve functionality and reliability for end-users.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate needs into ServiceNow solutions.
Create and maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and service records.
Deploy custom applications, scripts, and integrations within ServiceNow.
Monitor the health, usage, and compliance of the ServiceNow platform, conducting audits and optimizations.
Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
Stay updated on ServiceNow features and updates, advising on best practices and trends.
Lead training and development of users and junior administrators for effective use of ServiceNow.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with a proven track record of managing and configuring ServiceNow instances.
Strong technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM suites.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages and web technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is highly desirable.

Preferred

Familiarity with ITIL methodologies, certification is a plus.
