Responsibilities
Design and execute comprehensive test plans to verify software functionality, usability, and performance.
Utilize manual testing techniques to identify and report software defects.
Write clear and concise test cases, outlining steps, expected results, and pass/fail criteria.
Create and manage test plans within Azure DevOps, defining testing objectives, scope, and resources.
Collaborate with developers and other QA engineers to ensure effective communication and resolution of identified issues.
Perform database testing, including querying data, creating test scripts, and verifying data integrity during migrations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest software testing methodologies and tools.
Document testing processes and results for future reference.

Required
Minimum 5+ years of experience in software QA testing, preferably with a focus on manual testing.
Experience with creating, formulating and executing test plans.
Familiarity writing test plans for relational database migration (i.e., SQL).
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for test plan management (a plus).
