Responsibilities
Manage an existing portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Onboard new facilities and ensure a seamless transition.
Act as the primary point of contact, handling customers’ individual needs.
Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customers.
Identify potential new clients and business opportunities.
Reach out to customer leads and follow up with meetings.
Meet regularly with established clients and attend quarterly meetings.
Attend tradeshows and networking events to represent our company.
Willingness to travel throughout the Northeast region is essential.

Required
H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Proven success in account management or sales.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to deliver projects and respond to inquiries on time.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Strong business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
Self-motivated and self-directed.
Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Healthcare Sales: 2 years (Required)
100% travel (Required)
Preferred
2+ years of healthcare sales experience preferred.
