Responsibilities

Design and document complex and original Lab software user interfaces using journey maps, Jobs to be Done frameworks, personas, wireframes, and prototypes; actively solicits the involvement of team members to ensure cross-product coordination, feasibility, and consistency

Work closely with team members to develop software designs that reflect an understanding of the Jobs to Be Done and requirements

Partner with the User Experience Research team and Requirements Engineers to schedule and ingest insights from customer feedback/usability sessions

Conduct heuristic reviews of screens and applications

Serve as an internal expert in usability and accessibility, design methods, mentoring less-experienced team members

Work on multiple projects concurrently
