Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements with platform capabilities.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to solution development and testing.

Develop innovative solutions for high-value business outcomes.

Work with other ServiceNow engineers.

Support the platform to ensure stability, upgradeability, integrity, and efficient operation.

Execute upgrades, install patch/fixes, investigate and resolve incidents.

Required

Valid ServiceNow Administrator certification

Strong understanding of and experience developing for the ServiceNow platform

Ability to build or modify scripts using Javascript, HTML or other languages as necessary

Experience building new integrations with Integration Hub

Familiarity with Flow Designer and UI Builder

Architected and developed custom scoped applications

Experience building custom portal widgets and IntegrationHub actions

Knowledge of REST API

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to coach junior developers and lead platform capability adoption

Excellent communication skills, including presenting technical information to non-technical audiences

Preferred

Software development experience outside of ServiceNow

Exposure to various ServiceNow platform products like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, GRC, Security Operations, CSM, Scoped/Custom Applications
