Responsibilities

Project and case management

Coordinates with Business Development to research new Utility Districts and set up block templates

Reviews project blocks assigned to the Commercial Operations queue

Manages case queue and confirms cases are reviewed and closed within set timeframes

Confirms required incentive programs and project milestone requirements

Manages team's distribution email and reviews documents

Establishes and maintains relationships with Sunnova Dealers

Tracks, updates, and reports on Work-In-Progress (WIP)

Coordinates In-Service processes with Dealers and utility companies

Serves as main point of contact for utility companies

Documents processes for permission to install and PTO for utility companies

Signs and maintains records of all documents required by utility for Third Party Owners

Required

High School diploma or GED

2+ years’ experience in project management or coordination

Ability to adapt and work in an open, fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and good organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure with strict time deadlines

PC skills; Microsoft Office applications

Knowledge of utility contracts

Ability to multitask and perform other duties as assigned

Preferred

B.A. or B.S. from an accredited college or university in a business-related field

Utility and/or Permit processing experience preferred
