Responsibilities
Technical leader mentoring junior teammates of the analytics team
Serve as a data evangelist and analytics champion across the enterprise
Assist business users in adopting self-service analytics tools
Gather requirements for data analytics and visualization requests
Design, build, and test internal and customer-facing dashboards and reports
Lead the ongoing functional roadmap for analytic products
Create mockups and prototype solutions
Collaborate with Data Engineers on building robust BI semantic solutions
Evangelize data visualization, dashboard, and reporting best practices
Work with data governance team on certification of data sources and dashboards
Be a subject matter expert in data visualization and analysis
Define business KPIs and drive standardization
Participate in delivery efforts of the Analytics CoE team
Stay up-to-date on data analytic trends and best practices

Required
Bachelor’s degree required, with preference in Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in BI or analytics related roles
Experience working with relational database systems
Experience building and designing BI semantic models in SSAS tabular
Deep knowledge of dimensional modeling (e.g. Ralph Kimball methodologies/Star Schema)
Deep experience of data visualization tools, with preference to Power BI
Working knowledge of data preparation and data transformation approaches
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, v- lookup, working with data from BI semantic models)
Knowledge of paginated and tabular reporting tools (e.g. SSRS)
Strong knowledge of SQL
Strong knowledge of DAX
Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills
Foundational knowledge of AI / ML
Prior training and user group leadership experience
Preferred
Staffing Industry experience
Medical field or terminology background
Strong knowledge of M (Power Query)
