Must be able and willing to work EST or CST hours

Must have a minimum of a completed Bachelor's degree

3-5+ years of Azure DevOps

3-5+ years of Microsoft 365

Experience with Azure DevOps and M365

Ability to communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas in a confident and well-organized manner through verbal, written, and/or visual means

Engages with customers to understand their needs and wants

Open to accepting feedback to improve processes, products, and services

Conducts in-depth research and analysis

Ability to focus research efforts to meet the customer's decision-making needs

Skill in eliciting and developing articulate and high-quality requirements
