Responsibilities
Responsible for developing applications on the ServiceNow platform using industry best practices.
Responsible for analyzing business requirements and processes in collaboration with analysts and clients.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Platform Architect to provide ServiceNow design/development support.
Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment, including new applications, forms, workflows, UI Action/ Policies, ACL's interfaces, and other configurations.
Perform hands-on technical development work based on assigned user stories and conduct unit testing for each story.
Develop custom script-includes as needed.
Migrate update sets between environments and batch update-sets for production deployments.
Troubleshoot bugs and defects by closely working with the development team.
Work in an Agile team environment and participate in story point, sprint planning, and other scrum ceremonies.

Required
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
US Citizenship
4 years of professional experience
2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator) is a plus but not required
