Responsibilities
Manage the front desk and direct visitors to appropriate locations
Handle transportation arrangements as needed
Document and manage employee absences
Assist in ordering supplies and managing budget
Receive and process incoming packages
Maintain and organize files
Respond to inquiries via phone calls and emails
Use Microsoft Office Suite for data entry and correspondence
Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a plus but not a requirement.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls

Fluency in Spanish language
Experience in answering inbound calls
Strong organizational and administrative skills
