Responsibilities

Develop a team of high-performing engineers, measuring performance in terms of quality, accessibility, reliability, performance, security, attitude, creativity, communication, and collaboration.

Spend time coding, pairing with engineers, reviewing PRs, taking on guild-level priorities, building prototypes, and helping with projects.

Lead a team of 5-8 engineers, coaching them in their craft and ensuring cohesion at the guild level.

Collaborate with stakeholders like Product Managers, Designers, and Technical Program Managers to support team members' success.

Spearhead strategic initiatives and resolve technical debt to enable engineers to move across different areas of the codebase efficiently.
