Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end product lifecycle of reporting and analytics assets including defining capability strategy and roadmap while ensuring alignment with business objectives
Engage and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders and SMEs to develop and execute reporting and analytics strategies based on market needs
Participate in planning and prioritization activities while promoting collaboration among product, business, and technology partners
Partner with cross-functional partners to ensure reporting tools, administrative portals, and data platforms meet the needs for internal and external users
Collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, Client Management, Finance, Marketing, and Technology ensure internal reporting and analytic needs are developed and prioritized
Champion a client-centric approach while using data-driven insights, client feedback, competitive analysis, and market demands to inform decisions and delivery prioritization
Identify, track, and manage dependencies, issues, and risks to resolution

Required
3+ years as a product manager, preferably in healthcare, financial services or, FinTech industry
3+ years of proven Cross-functional influence and well-developed relationship building skills, willing to take a leadership role driving initiatives, working across organizations and structuring approaches to new opportunities
3+ years of experience using Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies, and associated tools (AHA, Jira, Confluence)
3+ years of experience using quantitative and qualitative data to assess priorities and influence roadmaps
Preferred
Experience developing, designing or implementing specific reporting and analytic solutions
Experience in developing or executing a product or service for employer clients
Solid understanding of Health Benefit Accounts, such as Flexible Spending Accounts, Reimbursement Accounts, Health Savings Accounts and, related regulations
Ability to think strategically with ability to build solid working relationships across organizational teams in a fast-paced and changing environment
Ability to collaborate with engineering and business teams in highly matrixed environment
Ability to embrace change and respond quickly
Ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated success defining and launching products in an Agile environment
