Responsibilities

Identifying proper customer points of contact in each layer of customer accounts and building relationships; fostering customer intimacy.

Delivering aftermarket power generation projects assuring that the site activities are in line with the value proposition, schedule, and budget.

Monitoring, coordinating, and expediting all the internal processes for the procurement of project materials and services.

Close collaboration with Product and Service Operations Leadership.

Integrating efforts with the Service Engineers and the team active on the Project.

Reporting major project KPI’s to leadership such as on time delivery, actual revenue versus planned revenue, project margin.

Identifying risks and opportunities and developing plans for mitigation and enhancement/growth.
