Responsibilities

Collect and analyze data related to child welfare programs, policies, and services

Required

Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) or a closely related field
Demonstrated interest and track record serving communities that are traditionally underserved by the child welfare system
Strong academic background with coursework in child welfare, family services, or related areas
Familiarity with child welfare systems, state and local organizational structures and roles, policies, and current issues
Excellent research and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional internet research skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative on projects
