Responsibilities

Work closely with Engineer Director, Principals and Engineering VP, Product Owners, Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle.

Manage complex, technical, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.

Plan requirements with internal customers, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.

Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones in a fast-paced environment.

Manage workflow, metrics, cross-team coordination, dependencies, impediments, risks, escalations, and meetings.

Collaborate with Product Owner/Product Manager, Engineering Principals/Directors for end-to-end Program Management and Agile Delivery.

Facilitate retrospective, iteration planning, and ensure content quality in ALM (Rally / Jira).

Actively manage cross-team dependencies and track/mitigate risks and issues through resolution.

Produce weekly status reports on strategic initiatives and BAU scope of work.

Required

10+yrs experience managing multi-stakeholder programs in a global organization or equivalent type organization.

Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy.

Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

Proven track record of data-driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams.

Ability to communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity.

Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with, and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization.
