Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence by overseeing and maintaining the integrity and accuracy of data.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing systems and protocols and recommend improvements.

Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.

Present information and insights to business leaders and stakeholders. This may involve preparing and delivering reports, presentations, and dashboards.

Create dashboards and graphical reports with a wide variety of data visualization practices using Power BI.

Work with customers directly and possess the ability to respond to customer requests or events as they occur and develop the appropriate solution.

Perform other duties and special projects as requested by the Door Group President and Vice President of Finance.

Actively participate in providing a safe and harmonious working environment for all employees.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business or a related field.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications especially Excel, Power BI, Access, PowerPoint, Business Objects, and CSV for data collection and delivery.

Strong SQL experience with database management skills and the ability to use computed or aggregated columns, averages, sums, or statistical computations, while writing sub-queries, nested queries, and complex SQL statements to present the required data.

Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) processes and tools (such as SSIS or SQL Server Integration Services)

Experience programming using Python, R, C#, or Java

Knowledgeable of Data Warehousing concepts and familiarity OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) technology

Previous experience working cross-functionally and with decentralized teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

High level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize projects under tight time deadlines.
