Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repairs on building assets, systems, and equipment under the direction of Facility and Operations Managers.
Utilize computer programs to track work, manage facilities equipment, order parts, and coordinate maintenance.
Monitor and make adjustments on various systems and equipment such as refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, emergency backup systems, and more.
Be flexible for off-shift and on-call support as needed.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, along with basic computer literacy.

Required
Strong electrical and facilities maintenance experience
Universal Refrigerant license
Enjoy working as part of a team
Strong emphasis on troubleshooting, safety, planning, and documentation
Basic computer literacy
Ability to use Microsoft programs like Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with computer programs for tracking work and managing facilities equipment
Experience with ordering parts and coordinating maintenance
Flexibility for off-shift and on-call support as needed
