Responsibilities
Receive, track, and allocate units and move units to storage
Resolve Customs/Shipping issues with international counterparts
Provide support by opening and tracking purchase orders
Update and maintain Excel sheets for parts at vendors' location
Provide some degree of Agile support
Be a self-starter who is proactive, asks questions, and takes on new tasks
Organize tasks efficiently, have excellent multi-tasking skills, possess great customer service skills, and be detail-oriented
