Responsibilities
Collaborates with owners, internal project team, and subcontractors to define project needs and ensure communication
Maintains knowledge of project scope, plans, specifications, and contractual requirements
Establishes project estimates, budgets, timelines, and goals with leadership
Reviews project budgets, reports variables and concerns to leadership, and manages risk
Adjusts manpower, coordinates schedule changes, and enforces safety and quality control policies
Monitors and reports project progress, plans inspections, and obtains construction permits
Manages equipment logistics, material stock, and ensures job site safety and cleanliness
Complies with safety regulations and company policies, procedures, and guidelines

Required
Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience and an in-depth understanding of maintenance and new construction operations and processes
Thorough knowledge of local, state, and federal quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
Must be a clear communicator, have a positive attitude, and the ability to motivate team members on site
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Accountability and integrity are essential as the decisions made in the role affect countless others
Willing to work in the elements in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain, snow, sleet, etc.)
Recognize, avoid, and report potential hazards
