Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and implement various in vitro cell-based bioanalytical methods.
Work independently or collaborate with others to support the development of therapeutic modalities.
Conduct functional characterization, effector function assessments, and immunogenicity risk assessments.
Skillfully perform data analysis and presentations at the project team.

Required
BS/MS in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology or related discipline
Minimum of 1 years hands-on experience in cell culture and assay development in industry and/or academic settings
Excellent oral and written communication and creative problem-solving skills
Preferred
Proven expertise in cell culture, immunoassay, and flow cytometry
Prior experience with Fc mediated effector function assessments or/and human dendritic cells
