Responsibilities
Drive projects end-to-end, from scoping and design to implementation and rollout
Design and build delightful user-facing products from the ground up, including working hands-on with customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Gradient technology, from demos to proofs of concept to full productionization
Collaborate closely with leadership, applied scientists, and other engineers to ensure alignment on decisions
Stay up-to-date with the AI landscape and technologies, ensuring we are using the best tool at hand for our platform
Help uplevel the engineering team and shape culture and technical best practices

Required
Deep understanding of enterprise automation problems
Experience in driving projects end-to-end, from scoping and design to implementation and rollout
Ability to design and build user-facing products, including working hands-on with customers
Collaboration skills with leadership, applied scientists, and other engineers
Up-to-date knowledge of AI landscape and technologies
Experience in upleveling engineering teams and shaping culture and technical best practices
Preferred
4+ years of full-time software engineering experience in a production environment
Experience with web development and proficiency in React, Typescript, and Python
Familiarity with the latest generative AI techniques such as prompt engineering, RAG, etc.
Excitement about working at an early-stage startup and building products from 0 to 1
Interest in exploring AI applications to disrupt industries and working directly with customers for new product innovations
