Responsibilities
Apply diverse knowledge of architectural principles across a broad array of assignments, independently applying sound architectural methods and techniques even with complex situations
Independently plan, direct, and supervise all architectural aspects of projects from kick-off, design, document production, RFI/submittals, construction admin and close out.
Develop fee proposals and adhere to project budgeting and billing
Oversee the Revit model, delegate document requirements, and lead project design
Oversee communication and coordination with all external project members, fully understanding how external pieces fit within the project and impact schedule and requirements
Provide mentorship & training to junior staff and manage workload amongst project teams
Ensure client satisfaction with project scope, schedule, budget and results
Assist with marketing

Required
8+ years experience
Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent education
Proficient skills with Revit, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
Proficient skills with various software programs (Sketchup, Creative Cloud, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities; demonstrated ability to foresee and address issues proactively
Adept at managing multiple external and internal project deliverables
In-depth knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction processes
Full understanding of company standards, project fees, and budget management
Preferred
Preferred licensed architect with significant experience in project management
