Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional team leads to navigate strategic work and detailed execution.
Iterate and improve the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of the Offroad product.
Define and contribute to UX research initiatives alongside UX researchers and product managers.
Design features considering a holistic user experience across various platforms.
Create deliverables to communicate product concepts, drive alignment, and evaluate design concepts.
Advocate for quality user-centered decision-making and mentor team members.
Stay informed and share the latest UI/UX techniques, tools, and patterns.
Collaborate with the Senior Director of Product Design to ensure continuous alignment with all business areas.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human Centered Design, User Experience Design, or equivalent experience.
Eight (8) or more years of user experience design is required.
Design experience across multiple platforms, including fully responsive web and native mobile (iOS and Android).

Permanent US work authorization is a condition of employment with onX.
Ability to travel quarterly for multiple days to a corporate office or other onX strategic location, such as a Basecamp.
Preferred
Experience with product discovery, storytelling, and UX strategy, taking products from 0 to 1.
Experience with mapping, navigation, geospatial applications, and outdoor recreation is a plus.
Experiencing operating in a startup culture–embracing rapid iteration, experimentation, and a growth mindset.
Self-starter with the ability to find solutions for unstructured problems.
