Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to conceptualize and implement new features for our next-generation Record Management System.

Launch new features and continuously gather system and user metrics to improve and refine existing functionalities.

Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and enhancing team productivity.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of new features, contributing to the overall success of the project.

Required

Extensive experience in developing and maintaining complex web applications, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Proficient in Golang (mandatory), Node.js, Python, Java, or Scala for backend development.

Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and component-based frameworks like React.js.

Previous experience with real-time streaming and messaging technologies such as Kafka or ActiveMQ.

Proficient in SQL and capable of managing databases effectively.

Experience with metrics and diagnostics tools such as DataDog, Splunk, or Sentry to troubleshoot and resolve errors.

Preferred

Experience designing systems with a focus on high availability, reliability, security, and performance.

Familiarity with search engine technologies like Elasticsearch or Solr.

Ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration and contribute to the broader engineering community.

Proven track record of mentoring junior team members and influencing peers and senior leaders.
