Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones for the implementation of Medius AP-Automation and/or Pagero E-Invoicing.
Coordinate project resources, activities, and stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project schedule and quality standards.
System Implementation and Integration:
Lead the implementation process of Medius AP-Automation and/or Pagero E-Invoicing systems, including configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to end-users post-implementation.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Medius and/or Pagero implementation projects, maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements, provide updates, and obtain approvals as necessary.
Quality Assurance and Documentation:
Ensure adherence to project management best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the implementation process.
Document project activities, decisions, and outcomes to create comprehensive project documentation and knowledge transfer.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
Proven experience (10+ years) as a Project Manager leading successful implementations of Medius AP-Automation and/or Pagero E-Invoicing solutions.
Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processes, electronic invoicing, and financial systems.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
