Responsibilities

Engage stakeholders to understand their business questions and articulate research needs

Translate research needs into relevant, actionable research questions and propose project execution plans

Conduct research (both DIY and with vendors) using both qualitative and quantitative research techniques, working within timing and budget constraints

Synthesize research findings and communicate/share out relevant output to the stakeholders

Support the global insights team on improved processes and standard operating procedures

Required

4-6 years of experience and a background, degree or experience in Business, Economics, Psychology or relevant fields. Previous experience working in a regulated environment is a plus.

Global research experience, 1+ years client-side and/or 2+ years vendor-side

A basic understanding of Market Research design

Ability to work independently or with little supervision, manage more than one project at a time, and pace work in order to meet deadlines

The ability to manage market research suppliers

A sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability

Solid communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to handle occasional travel
