Responsibilities

You will help deliver a world class stakeholder experience by owning data requests from our go-to-market teams (sales and marketing organization)

You will use analytics to answer questions about how our customers are buying our product, with the goal of improving sales, product adoption, and marketing ROI.

You will own the roadmap and data integrity of our go-to-market insights reporting, identifying opportunities to build new dashboards and self-serve resources with the end goal of increasing data consumption and efficiency.

You will test your ideas. This includes 1) performing analytical deep-dives to identify problems, opportunities and actions required; 2) leveraging large amounts of disparate data sources by using SQL/Tableau and/or other scripting and statistical tools, and 3) designing and managing test/pilot programs.

You will work cross-functionally with data engineers, product engineerings, and business stakeholders to ensure we're delivering quality insights to the business.

Required

5+ years of experience in an analytics role

Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Looker, Domo, etc.)

Thorough understanding of data warehousing concepts

Experience with ETL and ROI data modeling

Strong education with a Bachelor's in an analytical field (statistics, computer science, etc.)

Preferred

Strategy consulting experience or other client-facing professional services experience
