Responsibilities

Provide solutions and thought leadership for customers using Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Provide technical leadership to junior staff in the form of coaching, mentoring, and feedback.

Support customers on core technologies used for Managed Services offerings.

Lead and oversee end-to-end cloud migration projects for our clients on the Microsoft Azure platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient migration processes.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with cloud migrations.

Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.

Architect scalable and secure cloud solutions aligned with clients' goals and industry best practices.

Stay abreast of the latest Azure cloud offerings and recommend suitable technologies to meet client needs.

Assist with team building through interviewing, on-boarding, and aligning of technical resources.

Leading the creation of documentation and written deliverables.

Act as a consultant during client meetings, performing both business and technical discoveries.

Engage with clients to understand their pain points, requirements, and desired outcomes.

Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business challenges.

Obtain and maintain certifications with associated qualifications.

Required

Proven experience in leading cloud migration projects on the Azure platform.

Strong background in architecting and implementing Azure cloud solutions.

Strong leadership skills (coaching, mentoring, technical leadership).

Ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.

Consultant mindset with the ability to engage with clients at both business and technical levels.

Subject matter expert on Cloud platforms - Azure

Strong communication and presentation skills
