Responsibilities

Phishing Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute phishing simulation campaigns to assess the organization's susceptibility to phishing attacks. Utilize tools like KnowBe4, PSAT, and Hoxhunt to create realistic phishing scenarios tailored to different departments and roles within the organization.

Training Development: Develop comprehensive training materials and resources to educate employees on phishing awareness best practices. Create engaging content, including interactive modules, videos, and presentations, to simulate real-world phishing scenarios and teach employees how to recognize and respond to phishing attempts effectively.

Data Analysis: Analyze the results of phishing simulation campaigns to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of awareness initiatives and communicate findings to key stakeholders.

Awareness Program Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and refine phishing awareness programs based on feedback, industry best practices, and emerging threats. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate phishing awareness into broader cyber security awareness initiatives and organizational policies.

Graphic Design: Utilize graphic design skills and Adobe tools to create visually appealing training materials, including email templates, posters, infographics, and multimedia content. Design custom branding and messaging to enhance the effectiveness of awareness campaigns and reinforce key security messages (preferred).

User Engagement: Promote active participation and engagement among employees in phishing awareness activities. Organize contests, challenges, and incentives to incentivize employees to report suspicious emails and actively participate in training exercises.

Training and Support: Provide guidance, training, and support to employees on phishing awareness best practices, tools, and resources. Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for phishing-related inquiries and assistance.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in cyber security awareness, with a focus on phishing campaigns and simulations.

Proficiency in using phishing simulation tools such as KnowBe4, PSAT, and Hoxhunt.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Preferred

Graphic design skills preferred and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.

Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or Certified Security Awareness Practitioner (CSAP) are a plus.
