Responsibilities
Plan and implement large technology projects and programs.
Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects and programs.
Writing up all project documentation.
Submitting progress reports to stakeholders and senior managers.
Setting the standards and methodology to be used in a project.
Creating a working environment that allows everyone to work to the best of their abilities.
Taking responsibility of projects through their entire lifecycle.
Properly scoping a project/program.
Managing project/program budgets.
Managing project/program resources.
Communicating with stakeholders to clarify the desired outcome of a project/program.
Ensuring that all relevant processes are followed on projects/programs.
Administering the allocation of jobs and budgets on a project/program.
Managing project/program team members within the scope of the role to achieve project/program objectives.
Manage cross functional teams.
Regularly review and analyses the project/program scope.
Identifying project/program risks.
Negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors.
Managing Stakeholder expectations.
Considering Stakeholder interests.
Ensuring that the highest quality standards are met

Required
Bachelor’s Degree and Project Manager Certificate Desired; at least five years’ experience in this field of work is preferred.
5+ Years’ experience in Technical Project Management
Experience with Agile
Previous experience in Technology and/or other related fields
Executive presence with Strong project/program management skills
Has knowledge of commonly used terminology, concepts and practices and procedures within the mortgage industry.
