Responsibilities

Coordinating, leading, and communicating with key stakeholders involved in the planning, designing, and construction process.
Developing comprehensive equipment, furniture/artwork, and signage budget, plans, and inventory lists based on end user needs.
Assisting contractors and vendors in understanding key stakeholder requests and clinical processes.
Collaborating with Operational Leaders to set project expectations and ensure timely issue escalation.
Leading the team in developing move plans, educating staff, and facilitating actual moves to new facilities.
Evaluating resource requirements for facilities projects, managing project plans and budgets, and defining scope and objectives with key stakeholders.
Managing project budgets, tracking invoices, purchase orders, payments, consultant time and travel, and justifying variances.
Leading the vendor selection process, developing requests for information, and managing vendor demos.
Supporting the Project Team through the township planning board approval process.
Coordinating and assisting the Administrative Director on projects as needed.

Required

3-5 years experience managing teams and construction projects, or equivalent related owner’s representation project experience
Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and Visio, Microsoft Project, and other hospital systems
Excellent analytical, written/verbal communication and organizational skills required
Ability to work at detail level as well as on a more global level
Experience with project management and ability to document process requirements
Must have a positive, flexible attitude, work well autonomously and with a team, independently manage multiple large projects simultaneously and provide assistance to less senior staff
Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, Clinical area or related experience

Preferred

Training in Lean Six Sigma, CAP and WorkOut, Green Belt and/or Project Management certification
