Responsibilities

Own and execute small-to-mid size audience or measurement projects to unlock growth opportunities.
Create and maintain necessary documentation and training materials to support our capabilities or methodologies.
Support ad-hoc requests and data issues, and acts as a liaison between business, product management, and engineering stakeholders when troubleshooting.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Client Success/Sales, Media Planning and Activations, Analytics, etc.,) and external clients and vendors to understand their reporting needs and business priorities.
As a subject matter expert, provide consultation and training to both internal and external partners, ensuring widespread understanding and effective implementation of advanced methodologies and capabilities.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility for stakeholders across the organization.
Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering and business stakeholders at all levels to define project priorities and requirements, and secure alignment.
Bridge knowledge gaps by fostering knowledge sharing and enabling smooth implementation.
Translate complex data and technical concepts into clear and insightful presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to drive consensus across diverse teams and personality types.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partnering with senior leadership to effectively communicate research discoveries and recommendations for strategic planning and resource allocation.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
2-4+ years of experience with 2+ years in marketing measurement, analytics, reporting, or audience insights roles, with a preference for experience in retail media or media agencies.
Ability to manage and prioritize to meet deadlines across multiple projects
Knowledge of a wide range of measurement methods, including rules-based and algorithmic attributions, incrementality, test vs. control, Bayesian inference, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex concepts and technical information to diverse audiences.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities.
Proficiency in: Statistic concepts, programming / query languages: SQL, Python, R

Preferred

Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience in retail media or media agencies.
