Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance.

Deliver actionable recommendations for optimizing profitability and operational efficiency.

Develop and maintain KPI metrics to support strategic planning (pricing, cost optimization, labor efficiency modeling)

Prepare variance reports, determine progress against budgets, and call out risks and opportunities within the P&L.

Communicate the state of the business (the “what” and the “why”) to key audiences in the organization.

Collaborate cross functionally (e.g. work with Marketing team to effectively allocate our media spend; partner with Supply Chain to optimize inventory and material purchases).

Assist in the development of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and incorporate learnings into the forecasts.

Stay updated on industry trends to inform strategic recommendations.

Evolve the business intelligence platform to improve reporting and analysis.

Provide ad-hoc support to inform business decisions.
