Responsibilities

Overseeing, developing, and analyzing practices related to dealer management performance.

Analyzing internal records to understand a dealer’s history and build out a profile aligned with dealer strategy.

Developing and deploying standardized dealer management tools and templates.

Working as a strategic partner with business leaders to facilitate data-driven solutions.

Aggregating data across multiple repositories including fraud, collections, dealer quality, performance, and complaints.

Developing and maintaining key metrics through data extraction and manipulation.

Creating advanced reporting and analysis through Microsoft SQL Server Report Builder.

Performing regression and statistical analyses to identify data relationships and Key Performance Indicators.

Analyzing current processes, identifying gaps, and areas for enhancements.

Creating ad-hoc analysis to address key business issues.

Ensuring documentation meets internal policy and guidelines on dealer data.

Troubleshooting and escalating issues, as well as suggesting enhancements for process efficiency.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Statistics or equivalent field

3-10 years experience in mathematics / statistics / computer science / accounting or related

3-10 years experience modeling complex datasets in order to resolve an outstanding problem

3-10 years experience researching complex problems and arriving at a viable solution

3-10 years exposure to basic Financial Services and Dealer Management concepts

Advanced technical skills

Capacity for advanced problem solving and critical thinking

SQL, data manipulation, data mining, data modeling, BI experience

Experience creating Tableau dashboards

Demonstrated strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to data transformation, functions/expressions, Macros

Proficient in MS Office applications

Familiarity with business cycles, both fiscal and calendar

Strong logical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills

Highly analytical with strong attention to detail

Self-directed and able to flourish in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and oral communications
