Responsibilities
Partner with technical product management to establish business goals for the engineering team.
Participate in stakeholder collaboration during planning, development, and deployment.
Oversee day-to-day sprint ceremonies and clear roadblocks.
Lead and inspire the team to deliver on goals with high productivity and quality.
Coach and supervise engineers to develop their skills and deliver excellent work.
Keep technical/development skills sharp to lead the team effectively.
Participate in the code review process to ensure codebase quality.
Hire and retain top-tier talent that supports the team's goals.

Required
9+ years of relevant industry experience with 3-5 of those years being in management
Flexible leadership style, with the ability to work with team members across different departments
Ability to allocate tasks to team members based on their skills and expertise
Identifying potential risks in projects and taking proactive measures to mitigate them
Preferred
Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. You should be comfortable and capable of working at your desk for at least 8 hours
We gather to work and play for a week up to four times a year, and these events are required
There may also be other opportunities to travel dependent on business needs
