Responsibilities

Develop roadmaps and timelines for executing high-quality Data Management support within clinical trials.

Maintain detailed project documentation and manage client expectations and approvals on scoped deliverables.

Balance and reconcile project budget, serve as the point person for project communication and issue escalation.

Realign resources in response to scope changes and proactively mitigate potential risks.

Foster positive client relationships, mentor junior staff, and drive project efforts toward successful completion.

Required

Bachelor's degree in health sciences or analytic discipline preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or in process

8+ years of Project Management experience preferred

Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry or an equivalent consulting role supporting Data Management activities

Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills, including the ability to effectively resource competing priorities and adapt to changing client demands

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to effectively partner with audiences at all levels of the eClinical Solutions and client organizations

Commitment to utilizing operational standards, PMI methodologies and best practices with a focus on process efficiencies and revenue growth opportunities

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with confidence to take charge of escalated issues and roadblocks

Expert with Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, etc.) and collaborative platforms like MS Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint

In-depth knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, clinical trial methodology and domains, CRO partnerships, and secure data management standards desired
