Responsibilities

Create and update marketing and communication materials, including digital advertisements, print collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and website assets.

Maintain and organize the company's design asset library for easy access to all design resources.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.

Support design for marketing and communication systems including social media, websites, and other support systems.

Work closely with external vendors to ensure brand consistency and quality in production processes.

Coordinate with regional and national support departments to develop and update templates and campaign materials.

Assist in creating and updating policy forms as directed by the Operations team.

Manage creative projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
