Responsibilities
Learn new business processes and troubleshoot system functionality.
Work independently in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Provide end user support to a 12,000+ user community for a federal agency.
Conduct system functional analysis, requirements design, test development, and test execution.
Communicate effectively both in writing and orally.
Collaborate with a team to solve problems.
Set goals and execute with initiative.
Quickly learn and apply new skills.
Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis.
Run SQL queries, develop queries, and investigate data.

Required
U.S. Citizen
A minimum of 1+ years of relevant professional experience and a high school diploma; or a bachelor's degree, and 1 year of experience implementing or supporting IT systems
Experience with IT systems functional analysis, requirements design, test development, and test execution
Strong written and oral communications skills
Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems
Ability and initiative to set goals and execute
Self-starter with initiative and aptitude to quickly learn and put new skills to use
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis
Experience with COTS Financial Management or Acquisition Systems
Experience with CGI Momentum software
Experience with federal government Financials
Experience supporting federal government customers
Basic ability to run SQL queries, develop queries and investigate data
