Account Manager

Responsibilities
Reach out to customers, prospects, and leads daily via telephone and email to offer products and services, uncover needs, and solve problems.
Establish a sales pipeline to generate new business and further penetrate existing accounts.
Meet key metrics such as revenue, margin dollars, margin %, goals, and account penetration and growth targets.
Timely address all customer service needs.
Service all customers with activities including establishing credit, processing freight, storing product, placing orders, creating offers, and providing product information and menu applications.
Minimum quarterly travel to customers and prospects to strengthen and grow relationships, conduct presentations, and sampling of new products.

Required
