Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs.

Documentation: Prepare comprehensive business and functional requirement documents, Jira user stories, use cases, and process/data flow diagrams.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

Project Support: Assist in project planning, monitoring, and execution. Support project managers in tracking project deliverables and timelines.

Testing: Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and change processes to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Reporting: Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and project progress.

Required

Specialized knowledge in AWS and Snowflake

Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, documentation, stakeholder communication, project support, testing, and reporting

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Experience in project planning, monitoring, and execution

Coordination and participation in user acceptance testing (UAT) and change processes

Generating reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and project progress

Outlook experience (i.e., schedule meetings, etc)

Preferred

Experience utilizing Jira for project and work management across multiple teams

Familiarity with AWS services and offerings (e.g., S3, Glue) and Snowflake for data warehousing, ETL and ELT process, and data integrations

Expertise building and utilizing SQL/Snowflake views to support PBI reporting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
