Responsibilities
Identify and assess potential climate-related risks and opportunities for client's operations and supply chain
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability and net zero initiatives
Manage day-to-day program management aspects for team execution
Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts within and outside the client
Communicate progress and results to stakeholders and leadership

Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, engineering, business)
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a sustainability or environmental context
PMP Preferred
Strong understanding of sustainability and net zero concepts
Experience working with data engineers and data science teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Passion for addressing climate change and its impacts
Preferred
Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively engage and manage stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and industry experts, to ensure alignment and buy-in on sustainability initiatives
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex sustainability concepts and project plans to both technical and non-technical audiences
