Responsibilities

Ability to grasp complex clinical and business requirements and processes and document them effectively.

Strong analytical thinker with the ability to conceptualize a system in terms of both data/object model and application flows.

Demonstrated commitment to customer service; proactively communicate and respond promptly to teammate needs. Handle confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.

Understanding of Access Control methodologies (RBAC and Attribute Control). Understanding of the design, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and provisioning of application access through use of workflow automation and common directory services (AD, LDAP)

Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; Oracle/SQL skills preferred

Experienced with ITIL Processes, Identity and Access Management processes and tools, Healthcare regulations (HIPAA), and System compliance audits (SOX). HealthCare IT experience a plus.
