Responsibilities
Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, storage systems, and virtualization platforms.
Monitoring system performance and reliability and implementing optimizations as needed.
Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Implementing and maintaining backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Troubleshooting system and network issues and providing technical support to end-users.
Ensuring system security and compliance with company policies and standards.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server operating systems.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred
Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or VMware Certified Professional.
Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management practices.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
