Responsibilities

Overall account management with a book of clients and internal agency team

Be organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills

Be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing

Work within the team to provide new ideas and strategy

Provide brand direction to graphics, copy, and video team members

Help with social media and digital strategies

Be proficient in Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, Google+, and other social media platforms

Show enthusiasm and the ability to learn new or emerging social media channels

Monitor daily interaction with client social media pages

Create, manage, and report results for online contests and giveaways

Track, analyze, and report social campaign performance on a monthly basis using company reporting tools

Explain results of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta ads

Assist the paid media team in executing online ad campaigns

Willingness to travel for client setup on a monthly basis

Must be an Arizona resident
